  • So basically they’re paying in exposure.

There’s a mildly amusing bit in there about disrespecting artists and not wanting to pay them money for their work that I’m not a good enough writer to execute (guess I should’ve asked chatgpt to do that for me and posted the result as my own original work do not steal instead of this nonsense ramble).

  • I know nothing about Hisense TVs but a very cursory look tells me it’s a Fire TV? There’s a Jellyfin client for those, you just need to sideload it.

One more thought: my Synology NAS (I know…) came with 2 GB of RAM, which was barely enough for Jellyfin, even with nothing else running on it. I added 16 GB and it’s very smooth now, with several services running comfortably concurrently. So maybe don’t go for the smallest amount of RAM.

  • Wow, if I’d known this would be a whole-ass university education, I wouldn’t have bought dishes OR that hammer. While that executable does its thing, can you tell me what degrees specifically I can earn with you and how long they take on average? Are you certified in EU countries? Will I be qualified to hammer dishes in Germany? Plates AND mugs? What about hammering windows? Those need a clean too, now that I look at them.

Edit: Speaking of windows, does your course teach how to use a hammer to switch from Windows to Linux?

  • It’s probably not perfect, but this is what we have right now. I only nightshade my stuff because I don’t think anyone will want to imitate my style anyway (I’m years and years away from that kind of recognition) and I think it’s more important to go on the offensive. Ideally, imho everybody should always at least nightshade every image file they upload, drawing, painting, photograph, not just “art” but anything visual.
