I’ve been using Slowroll for a while now switching directly from TW and so far this feels like a better solution for me. I like to be up to date, but I don’t need new features immediately. I actually prefer having the TW userbase live testing new stuff before it’s on my computer ;)
I guess Slowroll is not on systemd-boot yet? I just reinstalled Tumbleweed recently to get that, but I’m interested in switching to Slowroll. This is my work machine and my reasons are the same as yours.
The Repo sync of Slowroll is usually around the 10th of each month, so systemd-boot should be available by then. I myself was interested in switching to it manually the other day, but figure out I had to be patient a little more.
