Fun fact: their vocalist, Taylor Momsen, was a child actress who played Cindy Lou Who in the live action Grinch Who Stole Christmas movie.
Also she was in Gossip Girl, ex oh ex oh.
I just really like the Cindy Lou Who thing because her whole persona as their vocalist is pretty much the antithesis of that character she played.
Saw them a few years ago when they opened with Hanna Wicklund for Great Van Fleet. Didn’t care too much for more than a couple songs of Hanna but The Pretty Reckless could have been the headliner they were that good
Tbh, I don’t think they’ve put out a bad album. They’re consistent, but not formulaic.
