    Both is true. Mustard gas is weapon and a war crime. These thing co-exist. The philisophy of Linux is that you can do with it whatever you want - use it, change it, redistrobute it. Renting software is definitely on the other side of the spectrum where even availability and especially ownership are a not part of the product.

        I don’t care how people use Linux. Like I said: You can do with it whatever you want. That is the phiilosophy behind it. But I think people should know that something like GamePass is in the end the same thing they tried to avoid when chosing Linux in the first place.
