those are very small tracks. Is it a kids ride?
It is a Meter Gauge track in India. Most swathes have been gauge converted towards Broad Gauge (on which rest of Indian Railways runs) but a few still persist.
It is not abandoned though with only one regular service and one special service per day, it might as well be.
there are many places in the united states with abandoned tracks and the landscape in this pic makes me think it’s one of the more popular ones in california/nevada
