Linus one-sidedly decided there was an agreement as part of the defensive narrative he was building in a jiffy. I would be curious to know if Billet Labs agrees, in fact, with that so called “agreement” decided by Linus.
You’re right. There was a follow up video from GN with Billet’s response. LMG did indeed send them an email to reimburse the cost of the lost prototype, but they haven’t replied. It’s not as settled as I thought.
It should be sued the hell out of it for that.
