how does one add it as a variable?

dont turn off your monitors.
The power on/off cycles significantly reduce their lifespan vs just leaving them on.
The pennies you save on the power bill aint gonna add up to enough to replace the monitor more often.
I’m sorry to say this, man, but I’ve not had any issue with Starfield and using mo2/linux installer for mo2.
Sounds like its something specific to your setup/install. I’m not versed enough to offer any suggestions or tips besides a reinstall, sadly.
that works great in my experience.
The New Nexus Mod App only supports 2 games currently, and will probably be a year or more before its in a generally usable state.
theres no option to update inside the launcher, i take it? gotta uninstall 8.3 and install 9?
1.02 was released.
Guide still works, just download and point to the appropriate v1.02 files.
Who says they have to?
Lol, fuck nvidia.
AMDs stupid redemption software is such a pain in the ass on linux.
Last time I tried to use it the website didnt even work, I had to contact their support people who gave me like 2 copy and pasted replies before i got someone to even read my post and just give me a direct download link for the tool.
Wish they’d go back to just putting the fucking keys on cards in the box.
PS4/5 and every xbox are x86
PS4/5 and OG Xbox/XBone/SX are x86. I always thought 360 useds a xeon, but i was wrong, it was power PC. TIL
PS3 is PowerPC.
welcome to linux.
i use a playstation 3 controller without issue.
All the tiny cards I’ve seen have usually been the lower end/entry level variants, not premium.
Like my card, 6700 Fighter from PowerColor. Absolutely tiny, both in length, width and in weight compared to some past cards i’ve had. it doesnt even approach the edge of the mobo.
I dont know.
If I had my choice between a CPU that has a vulnerability that can only be exploited if the system is already compromised
or a CPU that are full of oxidation cancer, or frying themselves and doing irreparable damage… Which the company is being excessively shady about concretely admitting to any RMA promises and wwill all eventually die in short order…
I think I’m gonna go with the Ryzen and not leave leave my computer outside at defcon.
another reply to your post to make sure you see it.
Update was released, guide has been updated. It seems much more stable and less buggy. Suggest you try reinstalling with the new version. Will, ultimately, be less headache i bet.
Okay, I could not find a way to get the patcher to work to patch the game for linux users.
But the base install files are also updated to the same version as the patch, so just redownload the executable and the bin files from gog and follow the steps in the original guide
Guide has been edited with the updated setup file to target.
a thing that I ran into, that you should check
Make sure that your Fallout4>Data>F4SE folder only has 1 plugins folder. I ended up with two, Plugins, and plugins, somehow.
If you have that, move everything in Plugins, to plugins, and delete Plugins.
Library Addons goes into plugins, Plugin Preloader goes into /Fallout4, where the Fallout4.exe and f4se_loader.exe files are.
I think I ended up with two plugin folders from just dragging the folders into data from the archives of the mods, instead of moving the files inside of them.
This assumes you are installing the mods manually and not with mo2… but even with mo2 its better to check than be sorry, I guess.
Did you install the prerequisite mods that Buffout needs? address library and xse plugin preloader? and have F4SE running? (you can tell its running if you get a little terminal window pop up when you launch the game, but before the game loads. If you dont see this and you have F4SE installed, switch to a GE Proton. I use GE proton 9-5)
Buffout fixed it for me, but i heard another alternative was to lower your graphics quality until you meet the guy after the train (tryin to be vague for spoilers), then you can crank them back up.
VR is very niche though, when compared to the bulk of gaming activity.
Niche always takes more time to mature.
ah, my bad… I didnt realize it meant just putting it in the games launch options. I thought it had to be set in some file or something. Thank you for the clarification.
