There was a virtual swap space program that I downloaded in the Windows 95-98 era that did something similar. Worked reasonably well, if slowly, but everything was slower back then with computers.

It’s just fancy/finicky tomatoes, when you get down to it. Lol. The “skill” is owning a moisture and pH meter, and reading the soil/ hydroponic pH a couple times a day. I’ve all but automated the process at this point, at least from clone to bud stages. Getting clones to root, and trimming the buds is basically all I have to monitor any more, but that did take like 3 years of tweaking to setup.

Oh, and I grow indoors. My grow rooms could easily be used as electronics clean rooms without much modification. I set them up that way to keep out insects. Specifically spider mites. Needless to say, I can also control the temperature, humidity, and lighting of those rooms.

I currently grow weed, train dogs, and build custom computers. The last one has become all but impossible though. Dunno what you’d call me.

Not quite. More like per 40 hour week with no overtime, but my father insists on having up to 20 hours a week of overtime he’s allowed to burn, so it’s kinda like $7,500 a week. He generally gets paid byweekly or monthly. Subcontractor and all that BS

This comment makes me believe that you would enjoy the game Derail Valley Simulator. It’s a VR Train Sim that isn’t as crazy intensive on hardware as Train Sim World. I play it on a monitor as I don’t have a VR setup, but I am seriously considering getting the Steam VR headset now.

Edit: I never used one of these, I’m just as old as one. First computers I used were a Macintosh 128k and an Apple ]|[, unless you count the TI 91-a as a computer and not a console, but that machine is older than me
