Maybe take a look at the GMMK or GMMK 2? It has rgb but you can turn it off without needing extra software. I bought mine barebones from Glorious but set it up pretty much exactly how it comes setup, but with my own ISO keycaps

I use a Volt 276 (audio interface so it’s not exactly the same as a DAC) but I’ve have no problems at all. Never had to install drivers nor fiddle with it to make it work

I do! ISO-ES the only real annoyance is that / is locked behind Ctrl+7 instead of next to the spacebar. My laptop is also in ANSI despite me using ISO so I’m missing a couple of keys
