Ai is great for finding small flaws or reciting documentation in a more succinct way. But writing new code and functions? That’s a fools errand hoping it works out

That’s crazy to me because I had the exact opposite experience. I went in hoping for a certain amount, and they offered me knowing full well what I was hoping for, 20,000 more. Plus all the other benefits like video games and dogs at work. I was looking for this comment. PHP storm and git are like best friends. I very very rarely need to resort to the CLI and generally that’s for hard resetting after I screw something up

Do managers like this lend themselves to better performance? Or is it just more for looks/easy tiling?
