If they were just odd they’d have a lot more success because you kind of have to be odd to be good at CS.
It’s more the rapey, incely, tendency to see women as a different and incoherent species that has the women in CS either walking around with their hackles raised all the time or quietly slipping out the back door.
I just checked: there is an option for them in Voyager, nee wefwef.
That and the option to go back to the post - instead of just your comment - under your comments makes Voyager a tempting switch, but I’m getting used to Memmy and it seems to load faster.
I’m torn. :/
I use Memmy, and there’s no obvious DM section that I can find.
This would be great. I get the value of having instances be separated but starting over is a real pain.
Maybe something about account creation: create the account only for this instance or create it for all/select number of instances? Even something like 5-10 instances “holding onto” your account could prevent things from disappearing without warning unless something really bad went down.
Spitballing here, since my understanding of how this works is ehhhhhhhhh…
I don’t agree that the reaction to what rightwingers say is so thoughtlessly contrary. In my experience, the reaction is usually “…huh, not what I expected, but okay. Oh, wait, THAT’S the reason they hate it? Nevermind…”
