well, I am using vim, but I don’t know how to use vim.
Am I vimming?
The worst kind of an Internet-herpaderp. Internet-urpo pahimmasta päästä.

this is me, doing php and javascript on daily basis.
heh, no biggie, it happens. :P
Either way, the world (well, me, at least) needs more ISO -keebs. ISO ortho would be cool…
*horizontal, but yea. ISO seems to be hella rare. Don’t euro-peeps really buy mechanicak keebs that much?

man, it’s been ages since I last saw this movie. Sober me’s todo for tomorrow: meaning of life, python. GET. ON. IT.
“20$ is 20$”
which said it first: kofi -funded developer or onlyfans star?
don’t we all? But we’re here to make boring business software for MBA’s
https://xkcd.com/323/ this? and the fact that most of my programming breakthroughs have come while in “two beers” territory.
edit: actually, no. MOST of my programming breakthroughs have dawned on me while sitting on the can. But second most is “two beers down”.
I’ve always thought the “buy me a cup of coffee” was a thinly veiled euphemism for “give me beer”
edit: also, I have contributed. There’s this one android app that works to translate between different wargaming/miniature painting paint brands (as in color matching), the dev straight up asks for a contribution for beer. It was so brutally honest I had to.
how is it broken? Genuinely asking because my home system is using wayland (kde/plasma too) and works just fine with nvidia with the 555 driver, the previous drivers did have all kinds of stutters admittedly.
edit: mainly using the system for media playback (youtube, videofiles, audio files) and gaming
ooh, shiny.
Can’t wait until my distro gets this to stable repos. I don’t have issues atm with 555.whatever version, but seemingly the 560 version does have quite a bit of fixes and improvements.
Anybody in the know if the gsp is usable / actually offers some benefits in the new version?
Yep. Apparently outlook does this and afaik because some kind of link sniffing/scam detection/whatever, but it does it by changing the first characters of each query argument around.
We spent amazingly long time figuring that one out. “Who the hell has gotten Microsoft service querying our app with malformed query args and why”
It has an option to automatically pop-out (supported) video content in picture-in-picture mode when you switch from the tab the content is playing it.
As an option? Great!
I don’t always need/want a pop-out, sometimes a video is secondary (eg. some “podcasts” which are published in video formats too).
not to be rude, but the brand reads on the device :D
anyhoo, going by the name & browsing their website: https://www.kensington.com/p/products/electronic-control-solutions/trackball-products/expert-mouse-wired-trackball3-1/
For the most part: Important everyday bookmarks go to the bookmark-toolbar directly, everything else goes to few top-level directories in bookmark toobar: games, software, hardware, wishlist, media, work
the directories are then further sectioned into subfolders, eg games->gamename and so forth.
Sometimes I do wish the directories would just automatically alphabetize themselves, but oh well.
personally: only second-hand info about reddragon keyboards.
The pricepoint is low, don’t expect premium experience. It’ll do keyboard stuff just fine, most likely.
Also, apparently the customization app doesn’t work at all on linux, even through wine. EDIT: openrgb does support some reddragon models, but only mice. https://openrgb.org/devices_0.9.html?search=red+dragon - but, keyboard support might happen?
using it, syncing my bookmarks with it between systems (work, home, laptop, phone, tablet)
