Good thing this only uses ASCii characters, else you get into some fun discussions about UTF encoding
Why do I have to click this box? Why isn’t the default option. I just want to click on a Windows game and then install. I’m I alone on this?
Obligatory, mutable global variables are evil.
Fair. Competition is also good.
So Gitlab

Hey boss Unreal is eating some of our market shares, what should we do?
Boss: Isn’t obvious, we drive the company off the cliff. Duh

Large tech reviewer. Runs his own company called Linus Media Group (LMG). Called out another review channel called Gamer Nexus(GN). GN hit back with a video detailing gross inaccuracies in LMG published test results. For example outliers of 300%. This has opened the flood gates for people to remind the Internet what a horrific company LMG has been for many years. Basically LMG glorifies the grind mindset and promote the typical hostile work environment that is the epitome of startups
The Linus personality is of course a big reason why people watch LMG videos. The problem is I don’t seeing Linus accepting the role of basically a corporate mascot. Linus getting the boot is the only way I see of getting Linus out of a leader ship role.
I don’t envy him. To properly fix this shit is going to require mass layoffs of management. Removal of Linus, including a buy out of his shares. Also company renaming and rebranding to scrub Linus
