Only way to do screenshare with sound from what I know is discord-screenaudio which uses a nice pipewire workaround which could work on Firefox

The workaround itself should be linked in their GitHub (Edit: only works on chromium :< )
Not a DE, but I’m really waiting for tearing on sway so I can play games without a second tty 🥲
