Parents: why don’t you get a real job?
Parents: why don’t you get a real job?
Just do it. I was hesitant as well but now there’s no going back. It’s actually like 5x faster.
I think the problem is that it’s super popular for those who already own a PC and have a huge Steam Library. I got console friends wanting a Steam Deck but ultimately don’t want to buy one because it means rebuying their games.
No, because those don’t have social media functions built in. Snapchat has those TikTok slideshows and ads among posting pictures of yourself too. It’s more of an all in one that many use
It’s the WhatsApp equivalent in the US tbh. People ask for each other’s Snapchat instead of numbers sometimes these days
Obviously it’s not exactly a 1:1 comparison, but think of the image having HDR metadata like an HDR YouTube video. Even though it’s compressed, it could still contain HDR attributes like 10-bit color or a certain screen brightness when viewing the specific images.
17% average is scalable. It’s not static 15 fps across the board. Some games may see +40fps; more demanding games maybe +4.
People just wanna hate. I stick on windows because some of the anti-cheats in the games I play aren’t supported on Linux.
I mean if it was intentional. I don’t think a single person out there is actively and purposely trying to code 911 not working.
I gotta say the switch commercial is probably the most clever at attracting the Apple folk. Tbh it really is as easy as plugging in a cable and hitting transfer. My mom recently went from Android to Apple and she pretty much has to start completely fresh; some apps even refuse to accept Android backups because Apple isn’t huge on file managers.
It my personal dream phone. I wanna ditch my tablet one day but it’s still pretty functional as a media consumption device.
Competition is good. I’ve been an Apple hater for years but I’ll acknowledge their engineers are top notch (lol). Every company has its good and bad sides.
My personal dream phone would be a combination of a bunch of phones. Give me Apple hardware running PixelOS on a folding screen with a headphone jack.
Eh, it’s still decent. I’m going on 2 years strong on my P6 and I’m still averaging 6.5-7ish hours of SoT a day. As a Pixel fan, my only honest complaint is their value doesn’t hold well in the long run. You can get older pixels at a heavily discounted price in the used market.
Remember that Google has their apps and system updates be different. The app itself will need to be updated through the playstore.
I do really like this move because sometimes new features come to older Pixels that aren’t even supported anymore.
I’m still waiting on putting my homescreen icons wherever I want and changing the grid size. Jailbroken iPhones are truly the best way to use those devices.
You look at android themes and every phone looks unique. Go on iOS setups and they’re almost all the same but arranged slightly differently.
No one hates Pixels more than Pixel users
The Galaxy S5 is still ahead of its time today. Minus high refresh rate because 60hz was the standard in 2014, but it also had a headphone jack and heart rate sensor built in as well.
Actually youre right on the moto gesture. I used to have droid turbo and the only reason I rooted my 2 XL in the first place was because I missed chop chop. Double twist for camera was also great.
Samsung and Google were literally ahead with a Bixby button and the Edge Squeeze. Too bad they didn’t make it more functional than just an assistant macro. I had a rooted 2 XL and I still miss squeeze for flashlight.
Their resell value is ass, but that’s good for consumers. My brother bought a Pixel 5 for $165 recently off of swappa.com
