Poor guy. My heart breaks for him. I hope people are understanding, compassionate, empathetic, and aren’t hateful and harrassing towards him about it, but, realistically… they likely will be hateful and harrass the poor dude, because some people are just sucky, entitled, and rude little jackasses (and I hate it so much and I don’t understand why people behave this way!) I hope he can find a way to handle it all okay. :(

Ok, so to explain. This DID happen,literally 500m from my home :) the system was designed to store reg plate numbers and later turned to a speed camera. The stunt was done by a few students of the Technical University, it did bring the whole db down. They tried to revive it, but ultimately the boards have been dead for the past 5 years or so. Mind that this hack was performed around 7 or 8 years ago:) I can provide pics of the dead board now and exact coordinates too:)

And then later in the replies they do give the coordinates of the camera billboard thing they broke, and someone posts a Google Maps screenshot of the board at the coordinates they gave that just looks like a little digital billboard that’s turned off and is just black, and the OP confirms that it is the board they mentioned.

Hope that all makes sense; I’ve got a lot brain fog/stress brain and stuff and it felt like too much to screenshot lol

The people trying to help you that you’re being so rude to are not the software you’re upset with. You shouldn’t be taking it out on others; especially not people being kind to you and just trying to help you. (Extra especially considering Beehaw’s whole thing is to ‘bee nice!’)

I feel the same way about my Moto G Stylus 2020 (called Moto G Pro outside of America,) except I’m a big fan of the cameras, especially with the Google Cam mod…but I’ve only ever had super cheap, old, super-budget phones before this one that I keep for years until they just don’t work anymore. This one I bought when it was less than a year old and is a much higher tier of ‘budget phone’ than my previous ones. So my love of this camera is compared to relatively shitty ones I’ve had in the past. I have no idea how the cameras would hold up compared to flagships. I’m super happy with it! It’s still going strong and I plan to keep it until it dies. Motorola’s got some great phone options!
