i can’t speak to steam input, but i’ve not had any controller issues with my 8bitdo and Gulikit.

with KDE and Wayland i have no issues, using Steam launch parameters:

PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 PROTON_ENABLE_HDR=1

excellent choice. it’s a fantastic card.

AMD really did well with the 9000 series, including FSR4. and they are finally at parity with Nvidia when it comes to hardware encoding for streaming.

i can only imagine they wanted to explore new ideas and angles and didn’t want to retread. which is fine as far as it goes.

the reboot really is that. the rules are totally different, so you have to come at it as a completely different experience.
