you can always use a login manager to manage different WM sessions. When i get bored of sway i switch to hyprland, i use different bars for each one too. Its bloat but its fun.

pop_os! Runs great on the amd apus. For reference i used a ryzen 3 3200g and it ran indie games very well.

I guess you mean a ryzen 7 4700g? Should be great too considering mine was a generation behind.

Is this a laptop? Otherwise i strongly recommend getting a separate SSD for each OS, it will save you a lot of headaches.
