Just a reminder that folks are encouraged to review the rules in the sidebar. It’s okay to disagree, but please keep it civil (rule 8). Thanks!
Just a heads up for folks - moderator removals unfortunately don’t federate between lemmy and kbin. The comments @BolexForSoup@kbin.social is referring to don’t appear for folks on the lemmy side. They’re not imagining things!
Thanks for posting on !android@lemdro.id. Please note Rule 2 in the sidebar. We ask that questions like yours be posted to !askandroid@lemdro.id instead. Thank you!
I didn’t know it does that. Interesting!

Reddit accessibility is so poor, nobody can find the switch!
I tried it out during the initial drama and was astonished to see it still missing such a basic accessibility feature. Their app lead said it would be looked into… But it seems like such a wild omission.

I can’t say I agree. I’m skeptical about these LLMs accomplishing the things many people think they will, but I think the last technology to transform my life like this was having access to Wikipedia from a smartphone. GPT-4 has proven incredible useful for guiding me through areas I know nothing about, like house buying. I always fact-check it with my own manual searches later, but it has held up remarkably well.
Samsung devices seem to only really be worth it at launch with the aggressive promotional pricing.
