Yeah this is my only real gripe with an otherwise fantastic app. I’m constantly losing my scroll point to it. Would really love to see it fixed and many thanks to the devs for all their hard work.

The segfault at the end was perfection.
I’m very fond of breezy weather which is on f-droid.
To be honest I use signal “message to self”. I know there are better ways to do it but it’s a very convenient way to transfer small files from my laptop to my phone securely.
These would also be my top two apps. Absolutely essential pieces of kit IMO.
The android integration is just so good these days. Syncing is the only minor issue but it is minor.
Sold!
Sounds good. Did it come to a conclusion or get axed mid way?
I installed mine from fdroid. Just searched on the play store and couldn’t see the same one on there or even anything with the same name.
The icon is a yellow Pinwheel on a blue background.
The last objectively good Microsoft OS that didn’t have any significant user-hostile features was Windows 2000, IMO
Hard agree. Windows 2000 was rock solid, reasonably lightweight and had no shenanigans going on in the background. It’s EOL (edit: actually I think it might have been a specific version of directx only being supported on XP maybe) was one of the things that pushed me to Linux.

I will never understand how they became so massive.
Oh that’s a good one. It feels like it should be doable and then… BAM
This looks really cool and the intro video is spot on. Definitely going to give this a whirl.

Binary boom
Studied this in computer science algorithms class waaaaayyy back in 1996 and by golly this one stuck with me. It’s so simple and so effective.
If it doesn’t work out or you find yourself tight on space in the future you can always recompress to mp3 or ogg and take the quality hit at that point.
You could compress the wav to flac without losing anything. It’ll still be a lot larger that the MP3 though.
Maybe give it a whirl with a few and see how it works out.
Just installed. Looks great. Thank you.
