i like bazzite/fedora atomic a lot, i also quite enjoy vanillaos (if you like debian). if you have an issue on any of them its trivial to rollback to a previous patch and pin that patch until someone does something about it

1/1/1
every linux user is jesus confirmed

yeah if its not in a city its probably not worth it

try it before you knock it, i personally love it and find it makes commutes way shorter and more convenient. im also like, a tiny disabled woman and can easily do this so if i can anyone can

I just think it’s interesting people are so against bikes in winter when they also love skiing

oh, ive been able to do it just wearing a wool dress in -20c. built different i guess 🤷♀️
my tip is to wear good waterproof (and thus windproof) boots and mittens (not gloves)

Lipo and silicon carbon lithium batteries are a thing, you can also just wrap some wool around the base of the bike. I use one in 4 foot snow all the time

this is a doomed idea, youd be better off doing open source ebikes and emotos

only certain monitors seem to do this, it worked fine on a dell monitor but on a msi oled monitor it doesnt. i noticed that mouse input from the special mouse port on my mobo also reliably wakes the monitor if i turn it on first and then click repeatedly. i just told my computer to save session on shutdown and had input turn on my computer in bios settings to avoid finicky things.

my only gripe with it is it should be able to be used as a system assistant ala google lens so i can just hold down circle and activate it
Tbh I probably wouldn’t have clicked the link if I hadn’t seen your comment, since I thought this was the original title of the video
its what it was originally but youtube has a way for vids to swap out less attractive titles automatically for alternate titles
i thought the sloptuber title was funny tbh. 5-10 fps over windows isnt exactly like, mind numbing, but its cool to see the tests
And then you have the ShareX developer, using a screenshot of an AI response to respond to a GitHub issue.
based sharex dev, every foss dev should be legally allowed to shoot one issue creator each year

It doesn’t have a USB 😔

So I actually killed my previous linux distro using hirens bootcd, and the firmware update didnt work for whatever strange reason but windows inserted random shit into my partition on boot which required a full reinstall of my distro. maybe phoenix pe would work idk, i’ll see if a laptop can handle it
nitrux doesnt use it afaik

I think secureblue is probably the least painful way to make it a little tighter

Keepassxc works great for me
i think itd be useful for something simple and single use, like you can hang it on a wall near your door to see when the next bus or train is arriving. itd use barely any energy
for reading a book though, idk why he wouldnt just get something like the bigme highbreak. sure its more expensive but its a smartphone too
