I’ve been on a lifetime Plex subscription for the last 15 years. The only nothing preventing me from switching to Jellyfin (I have it running in parallel) is giving elderly family members, who live in 3 other countries than me, access.

If I were to start today though, I would not even consider Plex though, but momentum is a bitch.

EDIT: Just read your full question. Anyway, after your done with this project, I highly suggest the migration. I recently did it and am not looking back. I just exported all my Fusion designs as step files and can open them in FreeCAD, though not wothbthe full parametric history.

I am using Qobuz connect and playing music from within Music Assistant. I indeed cannot play from the Qobuz app to music assistant yet.

Qobuz is a much better company that compensates artists fairly, and the music assistant integration work is great!

I am still waiting for evidence of that. Tried it for a while for general questions and for coding and the results were at best meh, and most of all it was not faster than traditional search.

Even so, if it was really useful, it would still not be worth the fact that it is based on stolen data and the impact to the environment.
