i rewatched Big Hero Six recently and for some reason teared up when I saw the McMaster Carr catalog in Hiro’s brother’s room. I’m not an engineer myself but I think just that little extra detail from the animators struck a chord in my brain, and gave me happy tears.

My ritual to get started is usually make a cup of tea, close the distraction apps, put on music, take a deep breath of the tea, and then get started.
