just installed bazzite and after switching to x11 (one button thing) its the first district to have no screen tearing, no stutter

though this is a very gaming focused district, so maybe not for you

its derived from universal blue so maybe check that out

update: deleting it and adding it back fixed it, thou i feel like ive tried that before. specing is still funky, as pressing tab pushes it further than the rest, but a few spaces and its fixed. thanks @catloaf@lemm.ee and @yo_scottie_oh@lemmy.ml (is that how i tag ppl idk)

ye my only issue with it is language switching and its autocorrect (esp for polish) is not great

helium is actually what I’m on rn :) I remember not liking any soft, but I’ll gibe it another shot

so idk why but apparently silverblue and bazzite are very difficult to dual boot. I feel like I’ve tried everything the internet has to offer. so, do you have any other distros you recommend? unless the last thing I’m about to try just nukes windows, then I’ll go for a full bazzite install lol. wouldn’t be all that upset lol
