You can use syncthing to get files from all of your devices to your central server and then use something like FreeFileSync to backup the entire folder structure to another drive.

Looks sick
X200 Libre ftw
Can you tell me more about the typing experience of the onscreen keyboard?
How is the on screen keyboard?
damn, that seems awfully complicated just to connect to your RSS reader hahah
It’s a tuxedo. The xp15 gen 11 vor clevo PD50. i7 10th gen and a 2070 max q. And a 4k OLED. Battery life is about 50 min : (
I would LOVE an arm machine, but I need a GPU for work.
I got my eyes on the framework 16. I could leave the GPU at home and go for battery life. Or put it in and go into work mode.
Does anyone have on-screen keyboard experience with Linux tablets?
GNOME Mobile should have a good one after purism started pushing it, right?
Any more info on this?
My m1 has rwally crappy Battery life
Have a clevo and it sucks.Battery life is poory And the Fans go off for like no reason
I would look at the AsRock Deskmeet.
Maybe not one of the current models but a generation before.
With that you can choose a CPU suiting your budget and you have the flexibility to add a used (or new) GPU in the future.
Nice : )
Got that, too. I use FinAmp to listen to music on jellyfin on android
Thanks. I mean I probably don’t have that threat level, but you are right - it also feels good to have isolation.
The downside was the cost of the 2nd machine (~400$) and running it (~5$/month) and the time involved.
But I tend toward thinking it is the right choice
I haven’t. I always liked to have the possibility to use GNOME on my machine. That wouldn’t work then if I were to have a Ubuntu VM, right?
And do you know if I would I get quicksync access to the i3 for transcoding ?
Thanks
OMG thank you so much : )
I’m trying to talk a lot of friends into using my. Jellyfin and even helped them set up tailscale and all that. But they keep going back to paying Netflix etc.
If it’s only 2 TB I’d go ssd.
And don’t get a super cheap one, but something from like Samsung or Sandisk or WD or sth.
You can go PCIe to m.2 pcie nvme.
